House ficlet, H/W friendship

The PPTH board has a thread titled 'The One-Shot Challenge'. A new theme is posted every few weeks. The theme this week is "The Road Less Traveled". Here's what I did with it. (H/W friendship).

This was adorable! House and Wilson were perfectly IC. I loved how House was ahead of Wilson's story (I wasn't!), and that Wilson carried a penlight. So many good moments. The ending was perfect. You should share your story with a community.

Aww, very good. I don't usually read friendship fic, just cause I feel the show touches upon it enough and I like reading the slash that they don't, but I'm glad I decided to read this. Very IC, and I like the mentions of Lucas. Something tells me we won't see him anymore, sad. Anyway, good job!

Yeah, I would love for Lucas to come back. They set him up as being fairly devious and vengeful, so it doesn't really make sense to me for him to just vanish off the face of the earth. You're probably right, though, sadly.
