Had one really great night at his place. Poker, beer, laughter, music, good friends.

Time passes, but the memories of moments remain vivid.

I met Dennis Hopper as a young kid, when they were filming Hoosiers in my grandparents' town. My Grampa was in the restaurant scene when Shooter comes to ask Gene Hackman for money, and got to shake his head at the town drunk. I loved Dennis Hopper from the moment I saw him in real life, and am really sad to hear of his passing.
