If I have not been on for a while it is because I have been in rehearsal to play Mr. Micawber, one of the great parts. I am now playing him at the Great Dickens Christmas Fair, at the Cow Palace in San Francisco

Actually, missing it.
Diana was going to throw a little party early, Sunday night, but things got wonky. Today, the actual day, Jon came up and we garnished the altar, which is months past due. Hopefully, the Gods will forgive and makes everything right again for all of us. It has got to be a difficult job, what with my aching groin. Haven't been to the club in two months now! And I sure do need it.
I think Diana is going to try and do something Friday night, when I go down for the show. I am hoping it is not driving through snow!
Hi. Wandered over here from firehair28's journal. Probably don't remember me, but I'm Hal and Dorothy's daughter.
I'd attach an image but I don't have any good shots right now.
Anyway, I didn't recognize you from the tableau last weekend, but it's been a while. I'll be back at Dickens on the 15th. Perhaps I'll find you then and say hello.

Actually, they don't have me in the tableau, so it is natural you would not have recognized me.
Then again, I am so transformed for the part that folks who have known me for forty years did not recognize me. Nor, for that matter, did folks with whom I worked in the last show.
The pic of you above is quite nice. You bear a pleasant resemblance to both your parents. How is your brother doing? I haven't seen him for some time either.
He is well. Graduated (?) from SF Academy of Art and is currently working at "The Lusty Lady" on Kearny St. I hear from him once in a while, mostly when he needs something. :)

Here's wishing you a Happy Birthday. I think any birthday past the first 50 years is worth celebrating, if for no other reason than having made it this far. I celebrated my 60th this year, and with my new hip joint I've a lot to be happy about. I hope your life is going well for you.

Thank you, John, for the birthday greeting.
Of course I am, at this very second, turning 39 again: but that's nothing new.
Aside from little glitches, this has been a great year. If you have an iPod or such you can hear "Uniicorn" online. And of course you can read my natterings about life here on Live Journal.
As I am learning a new program, my website is a bit behind on the news and columns.
