Woot! I wantched this last night. Took me forever to figure out how to open it but it was worth it. I especaly liked the beginging.. haha, i think i'd be nerves too.

Oh and you burning your hand really added something. Shows your human too! ;) I've never heard of the egg white thing though. Cool.

Basicly i laughed though the whole thing. Kudos for being able to do it! And i gota get one of those potato things.... a lot easier then that other smasher thing...cant remember what its called... Hmm maybe you should do a thing on the most useful things to have in a kitchen? Lol then maybe i can learn some name instead of thing-a-ma-bob or just that thing!

That 'thing' would be called a 'ricer.' If you're going to do large amounts of potatoes, I recommend buying it's bigger, spinning cousin, called a 'food mill.'
