As promised, the trip is nothing, just as easy as he has said. Of course, Bilis doesn't let go of Jon's hands just yet. Instead he just gazes back at Jon. "Is it much like you imagined?"

"More than that," Jon replies, still awed. "Wow. I know I said that before, but... wow."

He grins, looking at both their clothes. "I guess we're dressed a little... inappropriately."

Bilis can appear however he wishes people to see him, and he wonders how Jon might take that. He's already accepted time-travel though. "It's a trick stepping through time that we already blend in here. The same with the language." As if to prove his point, a man walks by them, not giving them any more attention than a passing nod.

Jon is not surprised to hear that from Bilis. He's almost suspected that much. "We can understand their languag too?"

He slowly makes his way through the crowd; seeking out Alexander. "What are we? Soldiers in his army?"
