I'm almost positive I don't have to say this, but I'm with you! I would have done the same thing, and told the guy that if he didn't have ID or at least paperwork to show he should be there that I was calling the police. And I would have taken a picture of his license. LOL
Service people who are doing their job will have paperwork to accompany it. If they do not, they should expect a problem, as when people drive even though they forgot their license.
