On Friday, I had scheduled a Monday meeting with two Customer Service people because they had requested an enhancement to a report I had created, a price list they send to customers. Because I wanted to discuss the input screen, I wanted all of us to be able to see what I was talking about, so I scheduled the meeting in one of our conference rooms
