all i can say is, you're never too far from learning about what it is that you want. you can read all about NA (or any other culture for that matter) online... :-)
Navajo Tea is delicious! it is picked when yellow flowers appear. then the freshly picked stalks are washed, bound together in small bundles, then baked in the oven for mere minutes. afterwards, dry and well preserved, they can be used to make superb tea. a kettle is made by tossing in a bundle, then allowing it to boil for about 15-30 minutes (up to you). the results are splendid!! add some honey for an earthy taste and you're in heaven! :-)

depending on how you use the word, "Yá'át'ééh" can also mean "it is good." if someone asked you, "how are you?" one could respond, "i am yá'át'ééh!" :-)

it is quite rewarding. i like talking about something i "know" and am familiar with deep down within my very bones...you know what i mean?! i can talk about my culture and know exactly what i am saying. it is truly uplifting and inspiring.
i wish all my friends could hear my talk...even if it is only for a few minutes. :-)
