And I see you've played strip poker before. A few of us have regular games, if you're interested...skill at poker is not required, and is, in fact, discouraged in most of those we invite...

Jonny blinks then curses his slip. "Ah...well...special circumstances."

He eyes her for a moment. "You wouldn't happen to be Dr. Brown, would you? You aren't in uniform so you can't be Lt. Cadman..."

"Ah, no thank you, ma'am." He ducks his head. "Not now, anyway. Maybe at a later date, though? If there's guys there?"

We're working on gathering a few guys. I think I've almost got Davey - that's Dr. Parrish - and Sgt. Lenoir convinced that it'll be fun.

His eyes widen at the mention of Parrish. "Ah...okay..." Jonny perks up when Chuck's mentioned. "Oh, Lenior'll be there? Then I am so there. I thought Dr. Beckett said Dr. Parrish was with Dr. Kavanagh and Major Lorne, though? They won't be attending?"

"Oh, sorry. How rude of me. I'm Jonathan O'Neil, but, please, call me Jon or Jonny. Just not Jack."

Jon smiles reassuringly. "No, Teal'c is one of the most honorable men I know. He is a strong warrior, proud. He joined the fight against the Goa'uld when Earth first ran into them. His people are slaves to them, or were, and he joined us in the hope that we could free his people. And we did. Maybe someday, if we ever get you to Earth, you can meet him."
