long-term, what do you think becomes the international currency of choice? The euro or the yuan?

thats a great question. either the yuan or precious metals, or both.
no way on the euro, they are going down the tubes too.

not canned, it doesnt really hold nutrients well.
freeze dried food. nutritional supplements.
silver coins. ammunition.
a generator and an alternative water supply system.
