should reorganize. A lot of those states would benefit from consolidating their state government operations into regional government operations. CA, FL, and TX might be the only states left standing by themselves, which would make the TX pretty, I think.

The comparisons make me chuckle. I'm sure they would get a bunch of people's bloomer's wadded up.
