In the News: November 4, 2008

Well, I missed my first one. It was bound to happen. But there were some pretty big things going on yesterday in the real news.

But here's what's been going on in my world

New trailers are out for Fanboys and Monsters vs. Aliens, though it looks like the latter has been removed. It wasn't that great anyway.

Bruno is at it again, this time participating in an anti-gay marriage rally in California.

The Farrelly brothers long-in-development Three Stooges movie is finally moving forward with them attached to direct for a November 20th, 2009 release.

Kevin Smith starred in a "raunchy male version of Sex and the City" pilot that never got picked up? Wild. It aired this morning on Showtime at 4:15AM. I'll be hitting up torrents tonight.

So that Wonder Woman viral website (which eventually revealed Megan Fox in the lead)? It's fake. Too bad.

Someone's been fired from Grey's Anatomy. Is this a big deal? I wouldn't know.

Plot descriptions and launch dates have been revealed for the upcoming season of 24. 24: Redemption airs Sunday, November 23rd, and the two-day, four-hour premiere is scheduled for Sunday, January 11th, and Monday January 12th.
