I use AdBlock, but sometimes I temporarily turn it off or use Safari or use other computers, and then I see banner ads.

I've clicked banner ads to support sites and, occasionally, because the ad was so bizarre I had to know what it was advertising.

The thing I bought after finding out about it from an ad was from a text ad by a company I already patronized regularly.

The only two websites I ever click banner ads for is lowendmac.com and arrl.org because I want to help them in any way possible.

I bought my ipod Nano from Apple through a banner ad on LEM.

The website I will NEVER click a banner ad is weather.com! They have the most ANNOYING ads I ever saw! They have to have something dancing around and distracting.... Ick!

Why does in not surprise me that you're the only other person so far who said banner ads are more good than bad for the internet? Other than myself, I mean.
