How can the news media have a policy that is designed to protect families that actually does more harm than good?

My friend Sue’s two year-old nephew, Nathaniel, was killed when a tornado destroyed his family’s home.

On Sunday afternoon in Skokie, Sue gets back from the Scrabble tournament we are playing in and checks the Minneapolis Star Tribune

This makes me so sad. My heart goes out to Sue.

As the father of a small child, I cannot even begin to understand their pain. Hopefully the survivors are well soon.
