I barely understood what I was talking about. LOL

(Actually the teacher understood the point I was making about writers using knowledge of later "plot developments" or their own biases to suddenly impute prefiguration to earlier texts. But my analogy to fandom may not have been the lamp of illumination I had hoped for :D)
