Sorry dude, you got screwed. Ticket scalping has long been legal in Indiana, but the NCAA put pressure on the city council last year and had them pass an ordinance that only applies to the NCAA. My understanding is that it makes it illegal to sell the ticket for more than face value, which you were not. It sucks that you missed the game and lost your other tickets. This police officer made our city look bad and unnecessarily so.
