step 4 says
4.) New Adjustment Layer> Channel Mixer
Red Channel: +16, -14, +4, 0
Green Channel: -10, +114, +10, 0
Blue Channel: -28, +40, +100, 0

red channel is right? o_O

I'm sorry, it's supposed to be "Red Channel: +116"
