I'm really surprised that my hips aren't sore. But they're not. So yay! My legs are *tired* though.

Dear future me,
This weekend, you should dig out your old aerobics tape and see how it treats you. There are several reasons you should do this. Firstly, you know you need more ground level aerobic activity. Also, you know that you'll be in a much better mood over the weekend if you get some exercise. Do you want another depressed weekend like last weekend, or do you want to feel better and get more stuff done? It's a three day weekend, after all. Don't waste it feeling sorry for yourself on the couch. Also, you still need to lose weight. Climbing the M twice per week will only burn so many calories, even if you turn into one of those nutjob-M trail runner people. You want to fit into those jeans that are waiting in your drawer, right? Not to mention that dress you miss wearing. Or the other one. So, we're agreed, right? Hopping around on weird plastic platforms this weekend is a go?
