Just a quick update from here in Dacuuuula, Georgya. Collette and I left NYC on the 11th and have been at her house since then (her mom moved after Collette finished HS). It's been nice relaxing, I haven't slept a consistent 10+ hours a night in a while (minus at Caltech when I was only sleeping 5-6 nights a week), and I've been getting in plenty ( Read more... )

So, it's 2AM and my ear infection leaves me in no condition to sleep or to play poker. Since the doctor I'm seeing in the morning isn't open until 8:30 I find myself finally having time to update Facebook, LiveJournal, reply to messages, etc ( Read more... )

So from 6/24 to 6/29 I was in Montego Bay, Jamaica, with Collette and my dad :) The first day we went to Dunn's River Falls, the mouth of one of the rivers of the Ocho Rios area. I climbed up this :) :

So, I've graduated :-D Glad to be through Tech. As much as I'll miss it and my friends, I'm happy to not have a perpetual stream of problem sets to do - for the first time in a while, my free time will actually feel like free time instead of just time I'm using to take breaks from problem sets.
