In my second week of my new low-calorie diet. The first week really wasn't so bad, but this has been a really rough one. It's good that I started this because now I am muchmore aware of how unhealthy/calorie-inefficient the foods I eat are. For example, one of my favourite sweet foods to eat are Little Debbie honey buns, valued at 230 calories
