Bass

Well, my life as a bass player begins here. Was trying to choose between an Aria and an ESP, when I spotted this thing - Cort EVL-Z4B. Never even heard of the brand, but a quick bit of demoing and it won me over. Only after getting it home did I realised I'd bought it for at least £100 less than it's usual sale price.

nice looking bass. Can't say I've heard of the brand. But hey I'm not a bass player :) I must admit that after 2 years or so on the Keyboards, I,m starting to get itchy to play some guitar. But I also don't want carry any more equipment around. So catch 22. Last thing I want at a gig is to set-up the keyboard, backing laptop, Kaoss pad, MIDI control and then the guitar. But who knows I might do it :)

Every time I get tempted towards live guitar those same reasons occur to me. With the added probs these days of where to put that damn equipment on stage - and that's not taking soundchecking it into consideration!

I have heard of Cort, and if memory serves, it used to be a small scale budget brand. Some hideous contraptions both to the eye and hand. This bass looks a different beast tho.

I have 2 basses...an old active Ibanez RB960BK and a Charvel model 1B (which is more of a project body at the moment). I would never ever sell either.
