smallest check...ever?

so, not much has been happening recently but i thought i should post this picture as a momento of one of my finest achievements: receiving a check for $3.98. a full half hour of work. and yes, i did cash it. ( this is where you click )

Sorry, John, but I believe the smallest check received was by Robbie York at Sunoco. I DO believe he got a check for $0.02. He took so many advances that that was his pay for a full week. True story.

Heh - an old friend of mine used to date Pete Kilpatrick. She used to tell me about hanging out all the time with his friends at "the Wells Beach House". We went up to see him play in Portland once, after they'd broken up... I guess it didn't make much of an impression on me cause I can't really remember having any particular strong feelings about his music one way or the other. I should check him out sometime now, though - seeing as he's got himself a Supergroup and all. I'm sure he has no idea who I am, but we have all these random mutual friends... small world.

the Wells Beach House is such a good song. probably my favorite off of their album. you should check them out, i like them a lot.

no its being organized by my good friend from cheverus, anthony mcleod and its definately not 21+ as it will be mostly high school students there.
