JOHN YOU ARE BECOMING ME!!! HAH. 1984 IS AN AMAZING AMAZING BOOK! As are ALL THE TITLES you just listed. They are in fact my favorites. Although Catcher in the Rye I wasn't so fond of, you should check out Franney and Zooey or NINE STORIES. Such amazingly good good good books. 1984 is just, brilliant. I read it in like a day last year in vacation because I couldn't put it down. ANNND I just bought Catch-22 the other day, and that's next in line after I finish my current one. I am so impressed with you, John! You KNOW this means that I am now just going to be throwing endless titles at you to go buy and read. :-)

Of COURSE you can borrow it! It would be my PLEASURE to lend you such a fine piece of literature and spread the power of words from one person to the next (alright, I'll stop now). Although you might have to put up with my random markings and writings in the margins. After you're done with all THOSE books I have ten BILLION more that I can lend you/recommend for you.
