ugh i cannot freaking agree more with you. how can people honestly think that by eating cheese and chicken wings they are going to lose weight. and don't forget, whatever you do, don't have any fruit. you know, that all natural sweet goodness that has no fat in it whatsoever. good call buddy. seriously, grow some balls and eat some lettuce and go to the gym. people just like this diet because they can still eat crappy food and lose weight. well, i mean, they think they can. i will admit that it does work, for the first couple of weeks. but then, after that, your body starts doing all kinds of ridiculous things to make up for what it's not getting in actual healthy food. my parents are on this diet and i don't even mention anything anymore either when i talk to them on the phone and hear about how they just ordered like 100 wings to be delivered or something ridicuous. psh. i work at ben and jerrys and they now have a carb chocolate ice cream that people are going crazy over. they come in and get a large cup of it..umm hey retard, you ( ... )
