Thoughts on Texas Secession
The Governor of the State of Texas recently said that Texas should not rule out secession as a means of dealing with recent displeasure with the federal government. A recent poll showed 25% of the Texan population was for secession. Now I don't really think that Texas will secede, but it has me thinking ( Read more... ) -
Job
So it looks like I am about to have a job, and it starts next Wednesday. Its not finalized yet, but it looks like I am a shoe in. I found out about the job last night when I got a phone call out of the blue from the company that I turned down a month or so ago. This time the job is a morning to afternoon job, more my style than the afternoon job ( Read more... ) -
Delicious Rut
So... I have this small problem. I make breakfast every day, but its always the same two things: pancakes or cheesy scrambled eggs. I need other ideas for easy delicious breakfast that is not cereal. Japanese cereal is not my thing. So... any ideas? -

Ok, so I have now been in Japan a whole week. I have to say, I love it! Even though I really have no clue what is going on half the time, everyone is very polite and friendly.
