I don't really know how I'm doing it. I just kind of tell people "oh I have to wake up at 8 tomorrow, I have to run 2 miles before work" or whatever and they're like, "you have to run 2 miles? huh?" and I'm like, "uh well, i'm training." I'm halfway through my 3rd week and it's gotten so routine that I forget that I'm running sometimes and just think about stuff then woah I just went 3 blocks or whatever. So yeah... you can do it too!
