Help! I'm really lost as to how to take good clear pictures at night. Do i put my camera mode to Av and then adjust av to +2? ISO really high like 1600? Then again what about F? Should it be something small like F5 or higher like F10? 20? Goodness i am so lost! I would appreciate any help! please?
Hmm, it depends what you are taking actually. What camera are u using anyway?
Use a Tripod if you wanna take night scene pics-eg, buildings, landscapes, etc
If you're gonna shoot people, you have to use flash, there's not much escaping it.
But if still refuse to use flash, then keep your ISO high, like 800 or 1600. The higher the Apperture (f2.8,f4,f5.6) the more light it allows in, but also more depth of feild.
just surfed into your blog. nifty pics you got there, you should try setting up an exhibition with other photographers or if you can afford it have a solo exhibition, it's a good way to promote and sell yourself and your works. anyway, i was thinking of getting the nikon d50.. i know it's not the newest model but everyone seems to recommend me so it must be good right? it seems like you're using one too, so please educate me about it and if it is worth buying now, thanks dude! cyaa.
thanks i upgraded to the d200 already! get the d80 instead! its much better. its basically the d200 in a smaller body, so its really top notch, esp if ur just starting out.
hey yeah i do! thanks! i dont really post stuff here alot nowadays tho will be starting my own photoblog website soon in design school in melbourne now!
