Looks impressive, however i'm a little dissapointed its not set somewhere other than USA. also i think setting it in a fictional city has helped it out a lot. This feels like a step back, not graphically but in design.
The main issue for me is, The God damned AWFUL combat system better be improved and not broken, or i will join jack thompson, in bringing down Rockstar, if only to stop this rubbish from getting a release. :P

I have been reading alot of the blogs on the net about this. People are talking crazy. Alot of mention about the controls. Alot of questions about the size of the city(whether it will include New Jersey blah blah
( ... )

yeah but i don't want to like a game purely because its slightly better than its competitors, thats lazy, i want to see innovation and something fresh in this new game, not more gangster crap.
I've enjoyed the GTA games more than anything else on a console, so I'm very much looking forward to it - just hope that the PS3 has came down in price a bit by then.
Don't worry Jim. I am sure I will be getting it for 360 and will have an open door policy to those who want to see. However if you indeed have a PS3 by October then I expect to be able to come round after playing my copy and scream with glee beside you at how good it will be/could be or never will be. Its just a waiting game now to see if this turns out to be the super game worth dancing for.
