10,000 words! That's wonderful. Candy is a great way to celebrate, but just having gotten that far is a wonderful reward. I'm moving along at a snail's pace. But I keep telling myself, slow is better than stop!

I haven't reached any milestones lately and have been derailed by the copy-edits that I knew were coming in. I have to finish by Monday, then it's back to work on writing the novel.
