What if I grabbed a "gay pride" (i.e., rainbow) flag or that of another country/nation (like Mexico or, say, Iran), and set that on fire somewhere (in protest, of course)?
Besides getting a group of people angry (same would happen if I torched the stars & stripes), would my constitutional right to protest be upheld?
I'm guessing I'd be indicted under some hate crime legislation. Honestly, what do you think?
