Its been a long time since I wanted to post this pic. Been busy with work. Its my first attempt at baking a cake. Took the recipe from sumthn2say. Took me about 2 hours in the kitchen to finish it. The end result was not too bad...but there was definitely some scope for improvement...lol. Here is the finished product

thanks a lot!!...but trust me..mine only looks good.....it wouldnt have been half as tasty as yours. After putting in the cashews, i realised i had put in too many...lol....but it was too late.
