My first Labor day in the East Coast after 5 yrs here, has proved relaxing and uncharacteristically wholesome! AS strange as it is not being at Burning Man, or the West Coast: B's brothers house in Jersey, with the movies and BBQ, and dogs and yard, seems just right; for a coupla days at least

This weekend was my first Labor Day in 6 years not going to Burning Man. It's funny, I thought I'd miss it more.

Instead, I drove up north and stayed in a cabin near Mt. Baker. When I drove by Starbird Rd, I thought of you. I know you always had a thing for that road, but I can never remember what it was about.

I just liked the way it sounded and made me feel. la la la......"Starbird road!!" somehow it reminds me of something like love.

Wow. didn't realize you had been EVERY year for the last 6. C-R-AZEE. yeah, I've pretty much realized there's a really big world out there and only so many points where time and resources allow such great adventures. Anyway.
