Okay, now I know what you're talking about -- you're quoting David Cameron, the new Prime Minister. I'm not entirely sure what point you're trying to make, unless you're trying argue that this means that he's some sort of crypto-fascist.
If that's what you're arguing, one statement quoted out of context does not a fascist make. I don't know the context of that statement, though I would suspect that Cameron was stating that Britons should love Britain or leave it. This is not a particularly fascist point of view, it's mainstream-nationalist.
