No, it is normal men (yes, I am not PC: transgender are deviation of norm) pretending to be transgender, in the women's room - who are a problem. Normal in equipment-sense, and definitely abnormal - in mental. Which we know - happens a lot, only usually unreported. Ask any woman - how many times in her life she encountered various degree of sexual aggression - from exhibitionists to violent attacker - if she is honest, you will be amazed. Why give predators legal excuse to expand their hunting grounds where there was none before?
No, I don't think it is possible to enforce the new/old law. But I do think it was necessary to reverse Obama's nonsense.
Personal note: maybe this need to feel safe in a place where one is vulnerable is instinctively understood only by a person who is vulnerable? In any case, I find most men become suddenly blind, num and thick as a log when subject does not concern their own safety and vulnerability.
Example: questionable looking guy with a beard in the "nursing mothers" area at the mall. (For those who haven't been there-- it's a place to corral your kids, change diapers, sit down and nurse, and let over-excited kids hide in a corner for a bit.)
Exactly. My concern was that there'd be men pretending to be trans (basically cross-dressing) and walking into women's bathrooms. Worse yet, the women would be called transphobic for not letting them in.
The question is, how do you know the difference between a cross-dresser and someone who really is trans?
It's a brain chemistry thing. Let's call it "altruistic anger" because I can't remember the proper name. The thing is getting mad about something that happened to someone else makes you more angry because you're getting angry AND self righteous about it.
The Obama "guidance" (really a threat) included locker rooms and showers and did not consider separate, private accommodations for the trans boy/girl to be sufficient.
In other words, it applied to environments where teens are often partially or even fully nude.
Trump's admin repealed the guidance and did not put ANY onus on local municipalities. They are once again free to figure out how to handle the issue themselves. It's the libertarian solution- let the people involved choose for themselves how to handle a delicate matter, instead of a one-size-for-all, federal "solution" imposed from on high.

1. It's also a federalism issue. State and local authorities are more than capable of making their own rules on this stuff.
2. Revoking Obama's rule is psychological warfare against the Left, for whom this is so very important. I am surprised you are falling for it also.
P.S. So where ya been?

You used to celebrate freedom.
