Is it just me or does does Bush's nomination of Miers seem like some sort of comical idea??

I love your icon! I feel bad for Harriet Myers. She sounds very competent, considering all of the firsts she has. I can imagine that being a woman in Texas and accomplishing all those things is pretty amazing and took a lot of courage. But no matter how bright she might be, people will always slag her because she was nominated by W.

Yeah, well she may be ok, but considering Bush has picked her makes me not trust her! Anything he does or says is not trustworthy!!
I do see one thing that is a problem...her pro-life stance. When are people gonna learn that it is not their business if a woman chooses to/ or has to have an abortion!
