He followed her on into the apartment, closing the door behind himself. Once they were inside he turned back towards her and gave a little shrug that also happened to come with a smirk. "You. I've been all with the back ache but now I'm better and I wanted to do something for you. Which is why we," he told her, the smirk turning into a larger one, "Are also going to a nice dinner."

Jordan lightly drummed on the steering wheel, watching the road as he spoke. "She seems good. In a band now, having fun with that. She's been acting weird though, I think she may have a crush." he told her with a little chuckle.

"I've only seen her with guys, but who knows. And yeah, it's her turn to do the band thing. She really likes it." Jordan replied. Sunnydale being a small town and all, they'd reached the restaurant fairly soon. Jordan parked the truck and dashed around the other side to let her out. He was definitely having more than enough fun with this.

He took a drink as well, setting the glass back down once he was finished. He then decided to lean back in the booth into a more relaxed position before looking up and meeting her eyes.

"Did I ever actually thank you? For staying with me at the hospital? Injuries and meds and being yelled at by Jen, I could've forgotten. And I don't know how I ended up at your place, but I'm just really grateful I did. I honestly don't know how I would've kept it together without you, Taf."

"Seems like it." Jordan replied with another nod of his head. The place wasn't too crowded on a weeknight and their food came out quickly. Jordan studied his pasta like he often would at the dinner table when he was younger before twirling it around with his fork in various ways. He knew his eating habits were a little odd, Jenny always called him on it when they ate dinner at home.
