I keep hearing the ad for "Better Help" and all the reasons you should sign up. And I have, a couple of times. But for what it takes to establish

I can’t touch on everything, but I will say that I love and trust you. It’s your life and your decisions. I’m here if you want to talk, scream, vent or what not. I know I wasn’t before and I’m sorry for that.

These days I sometimes talk to the loved ones of the person in the narcissistic relationship. I tell them that all they can do is support them. That’s all they have a right to do because the ones in the relationships are adults and they have to be allowed to make choices just like every adult. I tell them that if they do anything other than support them, they’ll just drive them away. Most don’t like to hear that.

I support you. I’m always here, regardless of what my physical address ends up being.
