So... I was surfing the "interwebs," mainly Youtube, when i cam across an AMV on youtube. I had seen it before, but I went ahead and watched it again because it's *twincest*, the yaoi kind. It was an okay AMV... what got me the most interested was the comments that said that the anime had yuri too...
I've only recently started using yaoi and yuri in ( Read more... )

See, I totally started out in the Anime/Manga fanfiction world, so everything was yaoi and yuri to me. and the level of fic was like, gen, lime, and lemon. Lime was like rated "R" and lemon was rated "NC-17". lol. I don't know where that came from, and I don't think THAT many people use them anymore, but yeah...when I first got into HP, I think, I came across the word "slash" and had to look it up to figure out what exactly it referred to, and where it came from. Yay Star Trek! lol. Well, it didn't quite originate from the Star Trek fanfiction days, but I think that's where it really became popular. :)

The anime looks really interesting! I might have to check it out. :D

Yeah, I had friends who asked if I read lemon and I was like "Wha?"
I started out with the word slash... thank goodness for that! I only found out about the Star Trek "origin" with the new movie coming out and peeps talking about it... :D

Okay! I found it. :P That was actually a little difficult for some reason. The artist is Marisa, and the song is called "Friends or Lovers"...er...in case anybody but me cares. *headdesk*

What? I liked the song! lol.

HAHA, lol. Yeah, that's the reason why I don't like the AMV so much, because it didn't match up like it did with the other song (which I saw but then promptly forgot about). Sad day. Poor person, too, I can tell they worked really hard just for youtube to have copyright laws... silly youtube.

Wait...what do you mean it didn't match up? That the song they meant to use was by DCC? Hmm....I actually like the song they used, and I think it worked! It seems silly they changed the audio track but didn't re-render the video with the proper song listed! lol.
