the italicized section of "impressed" reminded me of something J.K. Rowling would write, but maybe I'm just reading too much Harry Potter.

haha maybe because it makes it seem slightly british?
this doesn't have to do with anything, but something suddenly smells like rotten eggs around here and it's slightly disturbing.
