so much updating in one day!

so... I was walking home from work and apparently this was happening. Michael White gave me my free sandwich personally, if that means anything to anybody. oh man I forgot that most important detail, I'm ashamed! the sign said that it was a 'porcetta (the internet tells me it's porchetta!) sandwich on focaccia with rosemary, garlic, and sage, topped with a mushroom sauce.'

I was thinking shallots were a possibility! and yes, there was definitely some balsamic vinegar up in there, forgot about that too.
