I love the hypocracy. He signs the bill to save someone because we should "always err on the side of life," the same day a bill he signed as governor removed the feeding tube of a baby AGAINST the wishes of her legal guardian b/c her mother couldn't pay. Oh yeah, and did I forget to mention all the executions in Texas under his watch?
I remember hearing about it as well, but basically Mr. Bush signed some peice of legislature while governing texas that allows feeding tubes to be removed if people cannot pay for the upkeep and it just so happened that on the day that he signed that stupid "save terri" bill to "err on the side of life" the bill he signed as govenor of texas allowed the feeding tube used to keep an infant alive to be removed against the families wishes because they couldn't afford it. (pretty much the same thing clop wrote now that I think about it-hope it helped some)
