...whatever you want to call it. I suppose "mantra" would be closest. It's something I've used for a while as my focus to ground and center myself, although it varies in the exact thoughts and internal monologue each time, and will continue to do so.

Mantra of Four, One, and All

I am One
I am All
I am part of Everything, I am Everything

All is me
Everything is in me, Everything is me.

I am Air
I am wind and stillness,
breath and breeze,
storm and silence
I am thought
I am idea
I am worry
I am peace
I am motion
I am speech
I am words
I am Word
I am silent
I am Silence
I am life
I am oxygen and nitrogen
carbon and hydrogen
all else that is breathed
I am the air of one world and countless
I am sky
I am air

I am East
I am far and near and middle

I am Fire
I am warmth and heat
smoke and star
destruction and rebirth
I am passion

I am obsession
