Bad ice, bad plays, and nasty hockey players.

Tonight was my second official game. We scraped out a 3-2 win, but I had nothing to do with that win. Unlike last week, none of them happened when I was on the ice. Worse, one of the goals against us went right past me and I was probably blocking the goalie's view. *facepalm

Whereabouts have you been playing? (I'm curious to test your report about the ice-quality against other friends' experience, who play on half a dozen different rinks around the Bay.)

I practice at Sharks Ice SJ which is great. The PHA league plays in Cupertino Ice (Valco shopping mall)

Vallco used to take good care of its ice. Too bad they're not anymore.
