How strange that the questions cover such a wide range at this age. It sounds like my neurotypical baby would fail too.

Isn't he just over one month old? I have never seen a one month old baby hold out their hands to be picked up.

According to what I have from the NICU for a 1-2 month baby -

1. Eyes follow moving object
2. Stepping movement seend when held in standing position
3. Uncontrolled reaching (and from experience - this is usually jerky flailing of their arms then actually reaching up together)

While I know you are will have developmental delays, it seems weird they are asking questions for babies that are so much older than yours. I wonder why they don't simply ask age appropriate questions for his development?

That was my point. The questions are for children ranging the entire span of 0-11 months.
