The people who moved in upstairs from me have kids. Three of them, in fact. They let these kids run and jump off the bed, pound on the heating pipes and generally make a metric fuck ton of noise until midnight most nights. I understand a certain amount of boisterous activity is going to occur and headboards occasionally knock, and truth be told

I would advice against sinking to their level, and would consider writing down all complaints about them and reporting them to management, just so they know. It is posisble with enough complaining ppl they may get evicted. I would also call the local police station and see what kind of noise complaints you can make.

As for the bathroom being musty, if there is a mold problem, that could be really bad for Hannah's health, as well as a liability to management.

I think management would love to hear the complaints - and from more than one person or apartment. This will help build the case even more for management to get rid of these clowns.

you know. most cities have nusance laws. before 8am and 9pm is usually when you can call the police and report that someone is being too loud. certainly after 11pm is definetly when you could call the police and say something.

Unfortunately. untill police are involved, they are unlikely to listen to managment complaints or other tenant complaints.
