Sometimes, I don't understand why I'm so self-deprecating. Or why I choose to do something, knowing it's going to cause me pain. To cause me to look backwards, when I should be right here, right now. Whenever I hear someone talking about Junior year I get this funny giddy feeling and think "I'm not a junior anymore!"

I'm sad that I didn't see you more than like... once this summer. Or was it twice? It was twice. Sorry.

so where are you going abroad?

Yea ... I didn't really see anyone this summer. I was too busy working, etc. But that was sad indeed. At least we got to hang out at Emma's. I'm going to Freiburg, Germany. Which is going to be fantastic. I'm already excited.

Agreed. At least the application process is almost finished. I must say, despite the annoying nature of the application(s), I'm really excited to take a break(ish) next semester.

What if we actually hung out sometime? Do you think the universe would explode? I hope not. Perhaps dinner sometime next week, what do you think? you can totally come over here to eat, because we cook as a house 4 nights/week.

I love you too! I miss you as well. Although I'm glad to see from your lj that you seem to be having fun. Thanks for the call - I don't turn my phone on if I'm in class or asleeping, and I have class from 9-4 on Tues. and Thurs. I don't remember what time you called, but I went to visit Michael at the Phi house right after class ended at 4, and then ended up eating dinner there until 6:45. Long explanation, but that's why my phone wasn't on. Talk to you soon (I'm going to try and call you back tomorrow!)
