California lawmakers are in a crisis and supposedly "locked away" until they can come up with a working budget. Meanwhile, in the midst of their false concerns, some 20,000 state employees worry about the status of their employment.

supposedly the current, signed stimulous bill includes bail out money for the states....i saw $15,000,000,000. hopefully this will save jobs and schools. we'll see what the governator does with the money.
