I'm designign a new setting, and want to incorporate spells that requrire more detailed, psychological storytelling. I have a couple of new clerical domains to this effect, Memory and Secret. What do you think of the playability and balance?

1 Forget Object. Cause others to forget about an object.
2 Forget Memory. Remove or edit memories.
3 Forget Person/Place. Cause others to forget about a person or place.
4 Lesser Forget Skill. Target is cursed and looses a skill.
5 Secret Place/Object. Erase all memory others have of a place or object.
6 Sequester. Subject is invisible to sight and scrying.

Forget Self
Abjuration (Mind-Affecting, Language Dependent)
Level: Clr 0, Secret 0, Sor/Wiz 0
Components: V, S
Casting Time: quick action
Range: Close 10 ft./level
Targets: all creatures within range
Duration: permanent
Saving Throw: See text
Spell Resistance: Yes

As the caster says ‘forget me’, and turns or walks away, the targets will forget ever seeing with the caster.
If the caster and the target were in combat, or interacted for more than one hour, this spell is ineffective.
If the caster and the target interacted for between ten minutes and one hour, a will save negates the effect.
If the caster and the target interact for less than ten minutes, there is no save.
The subject of this spell will not know memories are missing, until they are convinced.
Memory may be restored through Wish, Restoration, Complete Memory or greater magic.

Forget Object
Abjuration (Mind-Affecting, Language Dependent)
Level: Clr 1, Secret 1, Sor/Wiz 1
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Close 5 ft./level
Targets: One living creature
Duration: one year per level
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

The target creature looses all memories of an object touched by the caster. The caster has one round to remove the object from the sight of the target, or the spell will fail. The subject of this spell will not know memories are missing, until they are convinced.
Memory may be restored through Wish, Restoration, Complete Memory or greater magic.
Focus: the object to be forgotten

Forget Memory
Abjuration (Mind-Affecting, Language Dependent)
Level: Clr 2, Secret 2, Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: Varies
Range: Close 5 ft./level
Targets: One living creature
Duration: permanent
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

The target looses all memories of an event that took no longer than 1 hour per level of the caster. The event needs to be described in enough detail for the target to understand without a doubt what they are forgetting, so “Forget the battle last night” would work, but “Forget the best night you’ve ever had” would not. The subject of this spell will not know memories are missing, until they are convinced.
Memory may be restored through Wish, Restoration, Complete Memory or greater magic.

Forget Person
Abjuration (Mind-Affecting, Language Dependent)
Level: Clr 3, Secret 3, Sor/Wiz 3
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Close 5 ft./level
Targets: One living creature
Duration: permanent
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

The target creature looses all memories of a creature named by the caster. The target receives a +10 on their saving throw if the creature named is a companion or loved one. The subject of this spell will not know memories are missing, until they are convinced.
Memory may be restored through Wish, Restoration, Complete Memory or greater magic.

Lesser Forget Skill
Enchantment (Mind-Affecting)
Level: Clr 4, Secret 4
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Close 5 ft./level
Targets: One living creature
Duration: permanent
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

The target creature loses ranks in a single skill. The target looses one rank per level of the caster. Negative skill ranks cannot be bestowed, and racial, magical or other skill bonuses remain. The subject of this spell knows they have lost a skill, but have no memory of how to perform it.
This effect can be dispelled by Limited Wish, Remember Skill, Complete Memory, Restoration or greater magic.

This effect can be dispelled by a Greater Dispelling, Limited Wish, Miracle, or greater magic.

Share Memories
Divination (Language-Dependent, Mind Effecting)
Level: Clr 0, Memory 0, Sor/Wiz 1, Brd 1
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 minute/level
Saving Throw: Voluntary only

This spell forms a telepathic bond with another creature, allowing the caster to freely exchange memories. One minute of memory may be exchanged per minute of the spell. The telepathic bond requires physical and eye contact, and may be broken at will by the target creature. Memories are as incomplete as they were perceived.
This spell only works on living creatures.
Focus: a transparent stone on a string.

True Memory
Divination (Language-Dependent, Mind Effecting)
Level: Clr 1, Memory 1, Sor/Wiz 1
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Duration: up to 5 minutes/level
Saving Throw: Voluntary only

Like recounting a past event under hypnosis, this allows a creature to remember one event in nearly perfect clarity. This is eididic memory, as if the target were experiencing the event again. The target may make listen, spot or search checks as if they were in the situation again, taking the same actions. In other words, a character cannot take a 20 on a ‘memory’ listen check unless they were standing still listening at the time of the event remembered.
Focus: a semi-transparent circular stone of 5 gp value

Remember Skill
Enchantment
Level: Clr 2, Memory 2
Components: S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Duration: 1 round/level

The caster remembers all of their experience with a selected skill perfectly and presently. This doubles the caster’s skill ranks in one skill for the duration of the spell. Only one remember skill may be active at any time, though a caster may choose to drop one enchantment before casting the next.
This spell counters and dispels Forget Skill.

Perfect Memory
Divination (Language Dependent)
Level: Clr 3, Memory 3, Sor/Wiz 3
Compnents: V, S
Casting Time: 1 minute

Target: One creature
Duration: up to 5 minutes/level

Focus: a clear gem of 100 gp value

Physical Memory
Divination
Level: Clr 4, Memory 4, Sor/Wiz 4
Components: S, F
Casting Time: 10 minutes
Range: Touch
Target: One creature
Duration: 1 minute/level
Saving Throw: N/A unless item is magical or location is sentient

This spell forms a telepathic bond with a location or object, allowing the caster explore the memories stored in the object or location. Most objects and locations will only have sonic and tactile memories, allowing the caster to make a listen check to overhear conversations. Living things listen better (DC 15) than nonliving objects (DC 25), though the memory of some places is very long.
Some locations or objects also have ‘eyes’, such as glass, pools of water, tankards of ale, gems, and polished metal. Through such objects and locations, a caster may see the past clearly, one minute at a time, fast forwarding and ‘rewinding’ as one would any other recording.
This spell does not focus on bones or corpses.
Focus: a staff or rod of petrified wood, inset with glass

Mass Memory
Enchantment (Language Dependent, Mind-Effecting)
Level: Memory 5, Sor/Wiz 6
Components: V, F, M
Casting Time: 1 round
Range: 10 feet/level
Target: All creatures within a 10-foot radius that can hear the caster
Duration: 5 rounds/level
Saving Throw: See text

The cleric controls the attention and memory recall of his audience, allowing him to direct their emotions and thoughts. This spell allows any suggestion of the caster, such as ‘remember when you were young and happy’ to conjure up vivid memories and emotions of the targets, while not breaking the subjects’ concentration upon the caster. This aids diplomacy and intimidation, giving a bonus equal to the caster’s level on all such checks. In addition, the subjects must remain completely focused on the caster and take no other action, once under control of the spell, unless attacked.
While not in combat or a pressing emergency, there is no saving throw for this spell. In any pressing situation, there is a full will save. If any damage is dealt to an effected creature, the spell is broken for that creature.
Focus: polished obsidian stones of 50 gp value.
Material: clear gem of 100 gp value, crushed as the spell is cast.

Complete Memory
Enchantment
Level: Clr 8, Memory 7
Components: S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Duration: 10 minutes/level

The caster remembers all of their life’s experience perfectly and presently. This doubles the caster’s skill ranks in all skills for the duration of the spell.
This spell dispels Forget Self, Forget Memory, Forget Person, Forget Thing/Place, Forget Skill, Forget Skill: Lesser, Forget Skill: Greater and Forget Feats.

Memory of the Grave
Divination
Level: Clr 8, Memory 8, Sor/Wiz 9
Components: S, M, F
Casting Time: 1 hour
Range: Self
Duration: 1 minute/level
Saving Throw: N/A unless creature is undead

This spell forms a telepathic bond with a creature long dead. Through the corpse’s eyes, a caster may see the past clearly, one minute at a time, fast forwarding and ‘rewinding’ as one would any other recording. The events before the creature died are as incomplete as they were perceived. Examining memories after the creature’s death, the caster may make DC 20 listen and spot checks to perceive normal sensory experiences.
Focus: the skull of the creature targeted, a staff or rod of petrified wood, inset with bone
Material focus: a large bone from the creature (12 per humanoid corpse), or the skull

Racial Memory
Enchantment
Level: Clr 9, Memory 9
Components: S
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Duration: 10 minutes/level

They remember the experience of their ancestors presently and perfectly. The character gains ranks equal to their level in five skills of their choice, and gains two feats of their choice. These must be skills and feats one of their ancestors had, subject to the GM’s discretion.
