 Todays drawing to a close and i feel much better about things i had an appointment this morning with a very nice lady about the state of   my mind and the lack of screws i felt are still attached to it,I discussed last week and before that and rabbited on from half eight till ten without much pause to stop,the words just didn't stop!At the end i ( Read more... )

I'm so glad that you have someone helping you through all of whatever it is thats going on. I had a counsellor for abour five months around 2000 / 2001 time and that helped a lot when I couldn't find a way out of a dark place. Made a big difference, but I also had some supportive friends too, which was reassuring.

Journals are superb also for getting things off your chest. Writing stuff down that at the time may not make a lot of sense, but just by getting out out of your head and onto the screen frees up some killobytes in your head and allows it to process more important thoughts.
