That's quite a tease! I have a feeling I'm going to have to do a reread of the whole series to catch all the nuance here.

Definitely not needing apologies. But its like when you're going through a novel and you can't exactly remember why X is doing something to Y so you go back to an earlier chapter and discover you'd missed a whole bunch of stuff in your first read through. That's why some stories make for such great re-reads.
